We believe in standin’ by what we build, which is why we back it with a promise as sturdy as a seasoned saddle. We know life on the trail gets wild—things get chewed, tugged, and weathered with time. That’s just part of the journey.

What can you do?

So when your pup’s favorite leash or collar starts showin’ signs of a life well-lived, don’t worry—send it our way. Our Replacement Program will swap it out and get you a fresh one, ready for the next trail ahead. Every scratch and fray tells a story, and we honor that by standin’ behind our promise. Choosing to replace what’s worn ain’t just practical—it’s our way of respecting the land, the gear, and the bond between rider and companion. Let’s keep that gear rollin’ and those memories ridin’ strong.

We wish we could take back everything, but there are some minor exceptions to our liberal return policy.

  • Gear returned in 30 days must not be used, worn, or dirty.
  • Returns must be in original packaging.
  • Items not in 'new' condition during the 30-day return will incur a $15 restocking fee.
  • For warranty replacements, we need you to send your gear in first.
  • We will cover the cost of the replacement and shipping it back out to you.
